CS Summer of Fun

Bringing Computer Science (CS) and Virtual Reality (VR) can feel intimidating, but not with CoSpaces EDU! In this session, I will introduce three projects that I did with students in second, third, and fourth graders during the last school year: a VR portfolio project presentation for student-led conferences, a personal history timeline museum project, and a virtual zoo animal exhibit. I will share details on how the projects came together, the planning process, and the preparation needed to make each of these projects possible. While not intended to teach all the ins-and-outs of CoSpaces, participants will leave with knowledge on how to create projects and templates, assign them to classes, a few tricks in the CoSpaces editor, and what I learned and everything I wish I knew before starting these projects.
